Culvert and Bridge Rehabilitation

Bridge rehabilitation is frequently more economical and less disruptive than replacing existing structures, especially when the structure is under deep cover, is in a high traffic area or has historical significance. Bridges requiring widening or other types of modernization can be relined by erecting CONTECH plate structures inside of them or by erecting the new plate structure outside and threading it into existing openings.

Many bridges can be relined by erecting CONTECH plate structure inside of them or by erecting the new plate structure outside and threading it into existing openings. CON/SPAN and BEBO precast concrete arches provide another rehabilitation option. Precast elements are easily slid underneath existing but aging structures to ensure their long-term serviceability.
